Nextt are seeking male Disability Support Workers to support our client in Wacol

About the rolePlay a vital part in supporting clients on their rehabilitation journey at The Park Centre. Shifts involve assisting with on-grounds and off-grounds leave, helping individuals develop emotional regulation, build new life skills, and re-engage with hobbies and structured routines. *Shifts*

Roster 1 (Female support workers required)

  • Tuesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm, 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Friday: 9am  -1pm

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate must be available for ALL shifts

Pay Rates

B2.1 (Casual)

SCHADS Award B2.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

  • Base hourly rate: $43.23
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $47.55
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)  $48.41
  • Saturday: $60.52
  • Sunday: $77.81
  • Public holiday: $95.10

Your Certificates and Licences

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
  • Working with Children Check (Current)
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid and CPR (Current)
