About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced leaders to join the ICAMHS (Infant, Children, Adolescent Mental Health Services) team.

As a key member of the ICAMHS Leadership Team, you will:

  • Strategically lead and directs Child Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Operations Division, including the ICAMHS Transformation program.
  • Initiate, lead, and evaluate strategic projects to improve and maintain safe clinical care within available resources.
  • Monitor performance and supports divisional Co-Directors in achieving key performance indicators and driving clinical service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to guide decisions on service delivery, transformation initiatives, and staffing profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational planning across CAMHS, providing expert advice on service delivery and system trends.
  • Promote innovation and cultural transformation in line with CAHS vision and values.
  • Provide leadership and direction to optimise workforce capability and achieve operational goals.
  • Manage the CAMHS Operations Directorate, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective patient care.
  • Drive service improvement projects, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee infrastructure planning, business continuity, and compliance with health sector policies.
  • Foster strong communication and engagement across teams, stakeholders, and executive forums.
  • Support evidence-based practice, education, and research to advance clinical care and service delivery.
