Our Graduate Program

We're currently accepting applications for our 2026 Graduate Program.
Kicking off in February 2026, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success. 
We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:

Communications Graduate role
Our Infrastructure Business Unit is looking for a graduate to join our Communications team and help us connect with communities and stakeholders on some of Australia's most exciting projects.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Support the Communications team in creating and drafting community updates, newsletters, and distribution lists.
• Assist with the organisation and coordination of community events and meetings.
• Identify stakeholders and communication challenges, and help develop strategies to minimise impacts.
• Build strong working relationships with the construction team to ensure activities are planned strategically, reducing disruption to stakeholders and the community.
• Monitor and respond to stakeholder inquiries and feedback to maintain positive relationships.
• Assist with data entry and management for community and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Help develop forums and events for stakeholders and the community, such as pop-up information sessions and community forums.
• Use problem-solving skills to deliver effective outcomes.
