An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a **Receptionist/Registration Clerk** to join our team at **Westside BMW**. We are looking for a well-presented and reliable individual, with exceptional customer service abilities to manage incoming phone calls, promptly attend to customers and provide efficient administrative support with the utmost professionalism.
- An exceptional customer service focus.
- Proven experience in a customer facing position.
- An effervescent and warm personality.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications and administrative procedures and requirements.
- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.

Prior experience within an automotive dealership (particularly vehicle registrations) be looked upon favourably.
