Essential criteria
• Proven experience with Microsoft stack, in particular with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers, ensuring clear communication of requirements and feedback.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Ability to adapt to changing project scopes and priorities.
• Creating and maintaining agile documentation like product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are up-to-date and useful.
• Skilled in translating business needs into clear, concise user stories or requirements, prioritizing them based on business value.
• Techniques for gathering requirements from stakeholders, including interviews, surveys, workshops, and observation, then analysing these to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
• While not necessarily a developer, understanding enough about technology to discuss solutions, review technical designs, and verify implementations meet requirements.
• Skill in prioritising requirements based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
