About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide SIL (Supported Independent Living), in-home and community-based support to clients with a range of disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personal care and domestic assistance
  • Supporting clients in daily living tasks and community participation
  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and transportation
  • Following and implementing individualised care plans
  • Promoting client independence, well-being, and dignity
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation and reporting

About You

You're a caring, respectful, and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or currently studying)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends
