Join Zip's Strategy & Performance function - a team dedicated to delivering operational excellence and commercial performance across the business. As Procurement Manager, you'll play a key role in building and embedding Zip's procurement strategy and framework.

This is a chance to design and deliver sustainable sourcing solutions, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure that every dollar Zip spends delivers value for our customers, merchants, and teams.

What You'll Own

  • You'll design and implement Zip's enterprise procurement framework, embedding the right policies, processes, and governance across all spend categories. You'll lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for key suppliers across technology, professional services, marketing, and corporate operations.
  • Partnering with Finance, you'll uplift spend visibility, forecasting, and budget alignment. You'll drive supplier performance, value for money, and commercial risk management while championing diversity, sustainability, and responsible sourcing practices.
  • You'll also mentor and develop Zip's Procurement Analyst, supporting their growth and operational discipline within the function.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 6+ years' experience in procurement, category management or commercial operations, including experience managing technology, professional services, and corporate spend.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven success negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
  • Experience building or uplifting procurement frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Technology, and People & Culture.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
