About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable NDIS Business Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to guide them through the complexities of the NDIS framework, provide compliance and operational advice, and deliver tailored solutions to help their businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to NDIS providers on compliance, registration, and business operations.
  • Support new businesses in registering with the NDIS Commission, including documentation and audits.
  • Review and develop policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
  • Deliver tailored strategies for business growth, sustainability, and participant-focused outcomes.
  • Assist clients with incident management, complaints handling, and risk management processes.
  • Educate clients on legislative requirements, NDIS Code of Conduct, and Practice Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to provide clients with branding and growth support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
  • Previous experience in the disability, community services, or consultancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS registration, compliance audits, and provider obligations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and consulting skills.
  • Qualification in Disability Services, Business, Community Services, or similar (preferred but not essential).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
