The Role

As our Customer Service & Recruitment Administrator, you'll be the friendly voice and efficient organiser who keeps our front office running smoothly and our recruitment pipelines moving fast.

You'll handle a blend of customer service, recruitment coordination, and client intake — perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a busy, purpose-driven environment.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls on the office phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, and support workers
  • Assisting with recruitment of support workers, especially during priority hiring periods
  • Supporting client intake processes and ensuring NDIS documentation is accurate and complete
  • Performing administrative tasks efficiently and proactively to support the management team
  • Collaborating with a passionate and fun multidisciplinary team

You'll Succeed If You Have:

  • NDIS experience (non-negotiable) and a solid understanding of NDIS compliance, client intake, and workforce processes
  • Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and phone manner, with fluent English (essential).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine care for people
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Confidence using technology, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
