Osborne Autos is a part of Regent Motors a growing automotive company in Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our established team.

Experience is essential and the following are the requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience as service advisor
  • An understanding of vehicle engineering and operation
  • A proven successful record of achieving set KPI's.
  • Exceptional customer focus coupled with a strategic sales approach.
  • Highly organized, along with great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer skills
  • Current WA driver's license.

The right candidate must be able to:

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Be sympathetic to customer needs.
  • Work autonomously or in a team environment
  • Communicate well
  • Meet sales targets to achieve budget
