Your New Role and Responsibilities
Take the lead in coordinating day-to-day facilities operations across Leidos' Canberra sites. You'll ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security regulations while applying company policies to maintain smooth site operations.
As a key member of the Facilities team, you'll support service delivery and act as the primary liaison for site-related functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing facilities activities, including reactive and preventive maintenance with Leidos' vendors
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
Supporting operational delivery across multiple programs
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
Assisting with capital works and office accommodation projects across our facilities
What You'll Bring to Make an Impact
Proven experience in facilities coordination and management, ideally within a Commonwealth Government environment
Strong understanding of commercial arrangements with vendors and landlords, and ability to interpret contracts
In-depth knowledge of WHS regulations and their practical application
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to interpret and apply compliance policies effectively

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold an NV-1 security clearance.
