We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep integration experience to join a large-scale enterprise program. This is a hands-on role where you will be pivotal in shaping, analysing, and delivering complex system integrations within an agile environment.

Location: Sydney, NSW - must be Sydney based 

Contract: 6 Months *possibility of extension 

Start date: ASAP (October

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct current state analysis across enterprise systems, integrations, data flows, and file layouts.
  • Partner with solution architects and engineers to re-wire and streamline integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and documentation to define requirements and outcomes.
  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable insights.
  • Balance both strategic "big picture" thinking and detailed analysis to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional squads to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all levels.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in technical integrations within large enterprise environments.
  • Proficient in current state and future state analysis, system/data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile squads, with hands-on involvement in backlog refinement, planning, and delivery.
  • Excellent facilitation, documentation, and workshop skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability, with the ability to influence and build trust.
