We are DXC.Our mission is to be an IT services company using the power of technology to build better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities, helping our customers deliver business impact, and be the employer of choice.The RoleAs Solution Architect, you will show professionalism, and flexibility, be continuously learning, and act as a role model for our juniors and our clients.Your role responsibilities will also be to;Prepare and lead Requirement Gathering Workshops with key stakeholders for medium to high-complexity projectsCreate, own, and interpret Process Maps for medium to high complexity projectsEnsure that all Epics & user stories are written utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD) and capture all the requirements for solution buildDefine configurations requirements and create work breakdown actions for the team to completeValidate compliance to design standards, and deliverables of key artifacts at the right time > review deliverables produced by the team, ensure unit testing has been completed, and provide feedback and directionManage and prioritize project backlog for medium to high complexity projectsEnsure overall solution design, integrity, and completenessDeliver and maintain Key Design Decision recommendations and formulate options, pros, and cons on medium to high[1]complexity projectsIdentify and discuss potential risks to a project and own possible risk mitigationsComplete mandatory training and maintain certification levelParticipate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client workExperienceBachelor's degree level or higher5+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem with demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Salesforce projectsCertificationsSalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified Platform Developer 1Data ArchitectSharing and Visibility ArchitectAccredited Professional – Public Sector Solutions (preferred)Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant Consultant (preferred)DXC Culture & BenefitsDXC Technology is dedicated to 'putting its people first'.
