Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress & WooCommerce freelancer to help us build a fully functional online store using our existing product data. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of WooCommerce setup, product import, and customization, as well as an eye for creating a clean, user-friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure a WooCommerce-based online store.
  • Import existing product data (including variations, categories, and images).
  • Ensure correct mapping of categories, subcategories, and product attributes.
  • Configure payment gateways, shipping methods, and tax settings.
  • Optimize the store for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Suggest and implement useful plugins or features (e.g., product filters, bulk editing, inventory management, customer accounts).
  • Test checkout flow, product variations, and overall usability.
  • Provide documentation or a short handover guide for store management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WordPress + WooCommerce development.
  • Strong knowledge of product data import/export and variation management.
  • Familiarity with themes, page builders (Elementor/Divi/Block Editor), and WooCommerce-compatible plugins.
  • Ability to troubleshoot missing variations, price imports, and display issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to suggest improvements.
  • Bonus: Experience with graphic design, SEO, or custom coding (PHP/JS) is a plus.

Deliverables:

  • A fully functional WooCommerce webstore built from existing data.
  • Clean, professional design (we are open to using a recommended theme).
  • Properly configured backend, ready for us to manage orders and add new products.
