Our family owned WA based business established in 1991 has supplied a huge range of delicious baked treats to both major an independent supermarkets nationwide. Our team is now reaching 100 employees across various roles in the production factory, sales team, support services and operations… with all of the exciting new projects ahead of us, our search for the right people will steer us in the right direction to grow even further

Our fast paced and busy Baking team is growing and has multiple full time, part time and casual roles available now to keep up with the growing demand.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience working in an industrial or commercial baking environment is essential. Producing high volumes of varied quality baked products.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, highly regulated and high pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing factory processes and systems is desired with training in food safety and food manufacturing best practice.
  • Qualifications in food handling, baking or commercial cookery will be looked upon favorably.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Use of computerised scale system to weigh and mix raw ingredients on a large scale, and high volume of product.
  • Ensure consistent operation of bakery production line including the key stations of; mixing, ovens, alimak and station clean-up.
  • This is a physical role with regular heavy lifting requirements (up to 20kgs) moving bulk ingredients and stock which is currently very manual.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork within small bakery team to ensure the speed and accuracy of products is maintained.
  • Use of industrial ovens and baking machinery, requiring strong attention to detail and initiative on a daily basis.
