We are looking to welcome a qualified and experienced VIT-registered Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education, professional practice, and approaches their role with intention, care, and pedagogical excellence.
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll lead the way in bringing the magic of kindergarten to life You will use your experience to design and deliver funded kindergarten programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning within a long day care setting. Working closely with our leadership team, you'll craft a rich and engaging curriculum that brings the Early Years Learning Framework to life, connects with the community, and offers children meaningful and developmentally appropriate experiences every day.

A standout candidate is a warm, inspiring ECT who brings joy, curiosity, and thoughtful guidance to children's learning, while supporting and uplifting the team of Educators around them.
What You'll Need

  • Bachelor of Education (in Early Childhood Education) and VIT Registration
  • High-level knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, strong pedagogical knowledge and commitment to play-based learning.
  • Proven 2 years experience with delivering quality Kindergarten programs, engagement in reflective documentation and intentional teaching strategies
  • Current & Valid Working with Children check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Experience working with children with a range of abilities and interests
