About the role

We have a dealer network that requires continual training and upskilling, we have professional buyers that seek the best solutions and advice, and we have everyday people wanting a little customer care.

The day-to-day

This will involve getting to know our dealer network through visits and training sessions aimed at helping them improve their results. You'll also be liaising with, and gradually becoming, the main point of contact for professional landscapers in your area. In addition, you'll work closely with our other state-based Account Manager on initiatives with industry associations (noting that they will oversee a different geographic region within your state).

For you this means you'll be travelling around Melbourne's CBD and regional areas like Shepparton, Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong and South West Victoria - but don't worry, there'll be plenty of time at home too.

About you

Are we looking for an existing sales or area manager? Probably not… We are likely looking for someone who's ready to take the next step in their career to become an account manager.

The ideal applicants key capabilities include:

• A great communicator with the ability to listen and build relationships
• Proactive, structured and self disciplined (you will be working from home and in the field and setting your own schedules)
• Excited for continued personal growth and new experiences

Note - Previous experience in the Landscape Industry would definitely be advantageous, but is not a key requirement.
