Our Business:

Since conception in 2020, Motivate Property has assisted our clients invest over $150 million into Australia's property market. We are a growing team, who are passionate about providing the best property investment services and making a difference for our clients.

We are looking for our next appointment setter to join our sales team by scheduling our appointments with current and prospective clients.

About the role:

• Converting client queries into appointments for our sales professionals.
• Handling all warm & hot leads, only with clients who have applied to our ads.
• Be helpful and engaged with client requests.
• Schedule follow-up activities in our CRM and ensure they are actioned on time.
• Flexible working arrangements: from your home, the office or even a café - it's up to you
• Casual to begin with, with progression to full-time for the right person.
• $30 - $35/h + COMMISSION

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a phone-based role, and you will be accustomed to making a high volume of calls.

In addition:

• You will have excellent telephone communication and people skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You will love helping others, in this role you will be helping everyday people get started in property investment.
• You will have a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• You will be self-motivated and focused.
• One to two years in a similar role or a role/industry with a highly transferrable skillset - not required, but will help.
