About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our Melbourne team. This role will focus on delivering planned and preventative maintenance services, as well as responding to reactive electrical work across key client sites within the Melbourne Metro area. The successful candidate will work closely with facility management teams to ensure our clients' assets are maintained to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections in line with client requirements
  • Deliver timely and effective responses to breakdowns and reactive work
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications & experience

  • Australian Electrical Trade qualification, license and relevant maintenance experience
  • White card, driver's license, Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and adopt flexible, innovative approaches to work
  • Proficiency with desktop and job management systems (Microsoft & Simpro desirable)
  • Previous experience working with Facility Management teams (desirable)
