The Role

At Merivale we know that everyone needs a coffee to kick start the day. It all starts with a friendly welcoming smile as our guests walk in the door, we don't compromise when it comes to memorable service and outstanding quality. We are now on the hunt for a talented, fast paced and enthusiastic Head Barista who is trained in Latte art and appreciates great service.

Averaging between kg's of coffee a week, this venue is seriously all about the hustle and bustle. This role requires an experienced coffee expert who is not only passionate about quality but has the ability to handle a fast paced/high volume environment. In addition, you will be leading and collaborating with a team of 10 talented baristas responsible for driving, developing and training the team, whilst keeping them motivated, energetic and enthusiastic at all times.
