GIA Renovations are a design and building company specialising in residential renovations. We pride ourselves on providing customers with quality custom renovations, and a premium customer service experience.

We're searching for a highly motivated person to become part of our vibrant GIA team You'll work with all members across our design, operations and construction teams. Responsibilities will include liaising with new and existing clients, providing assistance and support to the designers, liaising with trades, suppliers, consultants and the media. There will be a significant amount of office administration.

It is critical the successful candidate should have up to date IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft office suite. However an engaging personality, strong work ethic and ability to keep a cool head whilst juggling multiple projects simultaneously is more important to us.

As a member of a small tight-knit team the successful applicant will enjoy the camaraderie of working collaboratively with colleagues, however you will be required to work independently at front of house on our reception desk and acting as GIA's first point of contact.

We are seeking a full time customer service focused person, who will support the day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all front of desk tasks

  • Consulting with customers in our showroom

  • Informing customers about our process

  • Handling enquiries from our website

  • Managing phone enquiries (Both inbound & outbound)

  • Qualifying leads for our Design Team

  • Controlling showroom tidiness

  • Availability of all necessary stationary, amenities and kitchen supplies for the team

  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers and processing orders for all projects

  • Managing deliveries and distribution

  • Liasing with suppliers for required products

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Handling specific client requests

  • Keeping client job folders up to date

  • Maintaining a customer database (HubSpot)

  • Basic invoicing (Xero)

  • Administrative tasks

  • Liaising with site supervisors

  • Preparing site packages

  • General office duties (tidying up, plants, rubbish, etc)

You should possess a pleasant personality together with a dynamic professional attitude. You should also be able to deal efficiently with clients and have a solid understanding of customer service.
