We're looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our very experienced team at SCA Rutherford. With 12 team members and a supportive Store Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. You'll lead by example, take accountability, and play a key role in store operations. The roster is flexible, with a 1-in-3 weekend rotation, and the team is open to development and growth. As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

  • Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.  
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.  
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.  
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
