Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong technical background, proven strategic skills, and an interest in the application of AI in marketing. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, utilise advanced marketing tools, and contribute to the growth of our brand. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Adelaide, SA.

You will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and analysing multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. A key part of this position will be leveraging AI tools (including ChatGPT and similar models) and programmatic marketing platforms to optimise and refine marketing strategies. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for success in this Australia-based position.

Key Responsibilities


• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage detailed marketing plans, including media plans and budget breakdowns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and exemplary marketing campaign execution.


• AI Integration: Use AI-driven tools and multiple LLMs (including ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mortar Co-pilot) to enhance content creation, customer engagement, and campaign workflows.


• Programmatic Marketing: Implement and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns; manage CDPs, DSPs, and DMPs for highly targeted marketing efforts.


• Marketing Automation: Design, automate, and optimise AI-driven multi-channel campaigns using specialised platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Acoustic) to streamline customer journeys and maximise engagement efficiency.


• Campaign Execution & Oversight: Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels.


• Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and competitor trends. Provide insights to guide content creation, pricing, and revenue model strategies.


• Collaboration & Content Creation: Work closely with sales and creative teams to produce marketing collateral, case studies, and promotional materials.


• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance using analytics platforms. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for improvements.


• Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including messaging, architecture, and identity to ensure consistent representation.


• External Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and other partners to efficiently execute marketing plans.


• Digital Marketing & SEO: Advise on SEO best practices, content calendar development, and digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility.

Qualifications & Experience


• Education: Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing or tech-related marketing roles.

Technical Proficiency:

Essential:

Programmatic Platforms: Hands-on experience with Adorm DSP and Vistar DSP for programmatic campaign management.

Data Management Platforms: Proficiency in Adform Publishing DMP for audience segmentation and experience managing CDPs (Customer Data Platforms).

Marketing Automation & CRM: Advanced expertise in HubSpot CRM, Klaviyo, and Acoustic marketing automation platforms.

Digital Advertising: Mastery of Google Display & AdWords, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and campaign execution across programmatic channels.

AI Tools: Demonstrated experience with OpenAI models (e.g., GPT-4, ChatGPT) and other LLMs for content generation and workflow automation.

Marketing Mix Modelling: Demonstrated experience with how real-time MMM tools operate, forecast, and report.

Proven ability to create complex marketing strategies, media plans, and campaign proposals requiring niche technical expertise.

Highly Regarded:

Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation for enhanced marketing campaign efficiency.

In-depth knowledge of marketing (programmatic, search and social) campaign optimisation techniques.

Expertise in real-time bidding (RTB) and campaign attribution modelling.

Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics tools and cross-channel campaign orchestration.
