Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Wintel Engineer located in Sydney, NSW (Canberra also may be considered). The Senior Wintel Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of Windows based systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, administering operating systems, and ensuring the stability and reliability of system environments. The role involves working closely with other IT teams to provide technical support and implement system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Infrastructure management
  • Proficiency in Windows and Operating Systems
  • Expertise in System Administration tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience with cloud environments and virtualisation technologies is beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience in the build, deploy and support of the following Microsoft technologies:

Windows Server 2019

SQL

Active Directory

Group Policy

DNS

PKI

VMWare VCF

Powershell

Must hold an active NV2 Clearance.
