The Cloud Operations Specialists Team ensure the stability, security, and performance of customer environments by proactively managing technical issues, minimising risks, and maintaining high availability. Specialising in Windows, Linux, and Cloud technologies, you provide expert operational support to keep critical systems running smoothly. Your role is vital in delivering a seamless customer experience through technical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to service reliability.
You will be responsible for
- Manage, maintain and improve the Wintel Systems & Apps services for AC3 and customer systems
- Monitor performance of key components, solutions and services
- Review client's deployments and practices and advise them on how they could better it
- Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers
- Implement and maintain Windows based operating systems, hypervisors and application support process
- Work on AC3 and customer related project activity as required
What you'll need to be successful
- 5+ years' extensive experience in a similar Systems Administration/Infrastructure Engineer role - typically with an MSP/Integrator servicing small-to-large clients including working within multi-tenanted environments
- Windows Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, Exchange, M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and DFS
- Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure VMs, or Public Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure desirable but not mandatory
