About the role

ET Clinics is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our team in a Telehealth/Work From Home role. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality virtual care to patients across Australia. What you'll be doing

  • Conduct virtual consultations via telehealth appointments with patients
  • Assess and discuss patients' health conditions, previous/current pharmacotherapy and treatment plans in collaboration with relevant health professionals.
  • Screen patients eligibility on adjunctive medical therapy in the form of medicinal cannabis and generate referrals.
  • Training will be provided on medicinal cannabis knowledge and screening processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your specialty and implement evidence-based practices
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our virtual care delivery models
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in line with regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through telehealth or other virtual care modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage patients virtually
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
