About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Location Manager to lead operations across the beautiful Sunshine Coast, covering Caboolture, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Gympie, Sunshine Coast Airport and Noosa. Reporting to our COO, you will drive performance, coach employees and ensure every branch delivers excellent customer service while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support employees across multiple Sunshine Coast locations
  • Drive revenue growth, fleet utilisation, and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Implement operational standards and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
  • Overall management and the financial and operational performance. Identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver results
What You'll Bring
  • Proven multi-site management experience (automotive, rental, tourism, or service industries preferred)
