About Us

TangCha is a bubble tea outlet situated in the middle of Capalaba Park Shopping Centre, providing superb tea refreshments to passing patrons going about their day for groceries, shopping or grabbing a bite during the lunchtime rush hour.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for two part-time team members to join our Capalaba store in providing the best bubble tea experience to our loyal customers. The candidates would enjoy bringing the most loving, friendly, and outgoing personality to employees and customers alike, focusing on making quality tea beverages to existing customers and enticing new audiences with our signature taste.

Some of the candidate's duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all of our guests receive exceptional service and quality bubble tea
  • Ensure all operating procedures in the store are followed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Help create a fun and friendly work environment.

To achieve this, we ask the successful applicant to have the following:

  • Available for 2-3 days between Monday to Friday
  • Can reliably travel to and from work on their own
  • Prior experience in waitering/operating POS systems are welcome but not essential
  • A friendly and out-going disposition
  • An interest in bubble tea or modern tea-making is welcome but not essential

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
