Turium AI is on a mission to redefine how AI is understood, adopted, and integrated into the enterprise world. We're looking for a Junior Marketing & Content Creator who blends creative design skills with digital marketing know-how to bring our AI products to life.

Our products — from Turium Zebra (generative AI for government and enterprise), to Turium Enigma (finance automation), and Turium Algoreus (data integration) — are shaping how agencies, councils, and enterprises think about and use AI every day.

If you're someone who loves design, knows your way around Adobe or Canva, understands social media tools like Hootsuite, can build an email campaign, and wants to tell stories about technology that matter — we're looking for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and publish content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva—creating graphics, videos, and digital assets for social media and campaigns.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage multi-channel content (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram) using Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Build and deliver email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Loops, or similar.
  • Produce short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn clips) that makes AI approachable and engaging.
  • Write blogs, posts, and campaign copy that simplify complex AI concepts.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to convert technical material into marketing assets.
  • Track campaign performance and iterate for maximum impact.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (must be able to create graphics, edit short videos, and prepare marketing assets independently).
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Loops, etc.).
  • A background or interest in the technology sector with curiosity about AI.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.
