The Role:

Location: Burnside Depot SA

Duration: 12-month Traineeship

As an Administration Trainee, you'll provide business and administrative support across a range of functions. You'll assist with internal systems, customer service, procurement, and corporate processes, while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with data entry, record management, and document preparation
  • Support meeting coordination including agendas and minutes
  • Process purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and journals
  • Maintain internal systems including WHS, finance, inventory, and customer requests
  • Assist with training coordination and emergency/business continuity processes

About You:

To be successful in this Traineeship, you will bring:

  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative and community minded approach

Role Requirements:

  • Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (desirable)
