Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Store Person to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with storekeeping duties. The ideal candidate will be organised, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Conduct stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Loading/unloading deliveries and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as required.

  • Issue tools, materials, and equipment to internal staff as required.
  • Update and maintain inventory management systems or records.
  • Report stock discrepancies or damaged items promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or stores environment (desirable).
  • Forklift licence
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
