Shift Leader responsibilities include;

  • Coordinate scoop shop staff duties, support training, and maintain daily operations including store appearance, customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly service and proper product handling, and follow opening and closing procedures.
  • Track store performance, handle cash accurately, and support the store manager in implementing marketing plans with a focus on community engagement.
  • Participate in store planning and development meetings, and assist in store-specific projects as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Ensure store safety and security, including handling cash and securing the store at night.

Work Environment

Scoop Shop is open 7 days per week, morning, and evening hours; individual must be willing to work a flexible rotating roster across nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays.
