Design Systems Support Administrator (Part Time - 2-4 days per week)

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Design Systems Support Administrator
to join our client on a part-time basis (2-4 days per week).

This role will suit someone with strong technical skills in
AutoCAD
, who enjoys supporting users and keeping systems running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new users into the design system and providing training/support
  • Offering day-to-day assistance for users working with
    AutoCAD
  • Managing and maintaining configurations within the design system
  • Troubleshooting issues and acting as the first point of contact for support queries
  • Assisting with process documentation and improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Experience using AutoCAD
    in a professional setting. Its a plus if you have worked in utilities or a similar environment
  • Background in administration or support roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and deliver solutions promptly
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively
  • Flexible to work
    2-4 days per week
