Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice delivering high-quality OT and allied-health services to NDIS participants across Perth. We're expanding our friendly, collaborative team and welcome early-career therapists and seasoned OTs alike. What You'll Do
- Assess & treat adults and/or children in homes, schools, clinics and community settings
- Collaborate with an in-house team of OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists
- Document efficiently using our streamlined practice software (no clunky systems)
- Educate & empower clients and families so therapy continues beyond the session
- Contribute & learn – share your expertise in peer-learning sessions or soak up knowledge from senior clinicians
What You'll Need to Bring
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility before start date)
- Valid WA driver's licence and reliable car for metro travel
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for evidence-based, client-centred practice and a genuine team mindset
- All experience levels welcome: we'll tailor supervision and caseload to match your stage of practice
