Account Manager

Melbourne based

CSG Talent has an opportunity for a salesperson with a background within polymers, to focus on developing new opportunities and managing key accounts across Victoria and South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key account management of allocated customers across VIC and S.A.
  • Identify new markets and develop new business through end-users and distribution.
  • Responsible for principal product management, working with customers to identify new product applications.
  • Lead and help build a sales strategy across the region to achieve short and long-term sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus providing commercial and technical support as required.
  • Travel interstate as and when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience selling into the polymer industry.
  • Chemical distribution background, product management experience is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary education in Science or Engineering.
  • You need to be a strong communicator, can think commercially & strategically and is persistent.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset while also being a team player, sharing information with the wider business.
