The combination of these skill sets has led to achieving multiple awards for excellence. We're looking for a Senior Urban Planner to contribute to this skill set at the planning approvals phase.
About the role:
To meet this opportunity, we're looking for a Senior Urban Planner to join our Development Team.
Reporting directly to the Planning Director, you will be involved in project managing a range of consultants to compile structure plans, scoping proposals, planning proposals, development applications and planning agreements. We're looking for someone with:
· Tertiary qualifications at degree level in Urban Planning or a related discipline,
· Five, plus years of progressive planning experience, including work on complex projects,
· Relevant strategic and statutory planning experience in the NSW Planning System,
· Experience or the ability to learn software such as QGIS, AutoCAD and Estate Master, and
· Willingness to be involved with the UDIA and/or other industry related groups.
What we can offer you:
· Direct involvement in preparing applications and obtaining planning approvals,
· Salary of $92,400- $154,000, per annum, plus 12% superannuation,
· Opportunity to earn annual incentive bonus, and
