As the F&B Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You'll manage a passionate team, drive operational excellence, and bring Ben & Jerry's values to life through community engagement and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock control, and food safety
  • Deliver joyful guest experiences and execute in-store promotions
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and identify growth opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Activate our Social Mission through local partnerships and events
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and brand standards

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and basic food preparation
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and managing budgets
  • Passionate about social impact and community engagement
  • Holds or willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and First Aid/CPR
  • Have valid working rights in Australia

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role in a busy, 7-day-a-week environment. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential. Occasional support for special events and broader initiatives may be required.
