Senior Procurement Officer
to take charge of our procurement function—optimising supply chains, driving cost efficiencies, and delivering results that fuel our operations and long-term growth.

You'll play a key role in shaping our sourcing strategy, improving supplier performance, and ensuring our inventory and logistics operations run like clockwork—all while leading a high-performing team and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Supplier & Contract Management
    : Build and lead supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service and sustainability standards
  • Strategic Sourcing
    : Develop sourcing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable cost savings
  • Inventory & Logistics Oversight
    : Manage inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure seamless importing and delivery operations
  • Process & Technology Improvements
    : Leverage procurement systems and data to streamline processes and enhance reporting and forecasting
  • Compliance & Reporting
    : Monitor procurement KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Team & Culture Leadership
    : Lead with purpose—empowering staff, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a high-performance, customer-focused culture

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in
    procurement, supply chain, or contract management
    in a fast-paced or industrial environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering
    cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply continuity
  • Deep experience in
    inventory control, logistics, and importing
    , especially in a manufacturing or construction setting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with
    ERP systems, procurement software, and data analytics tools
  • A safety-first, sustainability-conscious mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is advantageous
