The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support Oroton's growing marketing team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone with proven marketing experience, ready to work across multi-channel campaigns, communications, retail activations, and brand collaborations. You'll be part of a close-knit, creative team and contribute to bringing the Oroton brand to life across local and global markets.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Chippendale Support Office.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and promotions across retail, digital and wholesale channels
  • Support the creation and rollout of content for social media, EDMs, website and in-store
  • Assist in planning and delivering events, photoshoots, influencer gifting and PR opportunities
  • Liaise with internal teams, shopping centre partners, agencies and suppliers
  • Prepare marketing materials and sample logistics for wholesale and PR partners
  • Manage marketing admin including purchase orders, courier bookings and reporting
  • Contribute to the organisation and execution of brand activations and collaborations

Our ideal candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a creative or fashion-focused environment
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Trello)
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset
