We work across a wide range of industries including technology, Web3, AI, AR/VR, and software development. Our focus is helping companies secure non-dilutive funding with accurate, well-structured applications.
Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Junior Consultant. The position focuses on assisting with the preparation of R&D Tax Incentive applications and supporting simple grant applications when required. The work involves reviewing client information, capturing details from meetings, drafting sections of applications, and completing application forms. Much of the work is structured and process-based, including copy and paste tasks.
Training is provided. Strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing R&D Tax Incentive applications using provided templates and client notes
- Populate and complete grant application forms with accuracy
- Support consultants during client onboarding and preliminary meetings
- Conduct basic research when required
- Maintain clear records and follow established workflows
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Good analytical skills for interpreting client information
- Clear writing and documentation skills
- Confident communication for interacting with clients and internal team members
- Comfortable using Google tools, Slack, and Clockify
- Understanding of tech or innovation sectors (Technology, AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc) is helpful but not required
- Experience in consulting, grant writing, or government applications is beneficial
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with solid organisation skills
- No education requirements
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and hold a Digital ID
