About the Role

You will be working closely with our Venue Manager in overseeing and curating an extensive and exciting wine list at Gowings (1 Hat 3 Goblet Restaurant), Parlour (2 Goblet Wine list) and all across QT Sydney venues. 

  • Passion for excellence in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Love for local and international wine and wanting to share your knowledge with guests
  • WSET level 2/3 and/or Court of Master Sommelier 'Certified' preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable establishment with proven experience in a wine-related position
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
