RSL Care SA is a proud not for profit charitable care provider serving the ex-service and wider community for over 100 years. In various locations throughout South Australia, we offer Residential Aged Care (Nursing Home), Retirement Living and Affordable Housing.

Our mission is to support veterans, their dependents and the broader ageing community through a range of integrated retirement living and aged care services.

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Wellbeing Team Member to join us at our Murray Bridge location. The individuals will be self-motivated with a genuine interest and ability to make a difference in the lives of our residents, which enables individual choice and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the provision of professional high quality wellbeing program within the services aimed at optimising health and wellbeing outcomes for residents
  • Ensuring programs are developed to enrich the lives of individuals and their families through leisure, lifestyle, learning & spiritual activities
  • Encouraging residents' involvement, ownership, and initiative in developing and maintaining interests
  • Creating a home like environment for residents within their accommodation
  • Be a role model within your team demonstrating high levels of care service, competency, and resident focus

About You

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for working in Aged Care
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including Booster shot) and 2025 Seasonal Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Worker Check Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles
  • Experience working in Dementia support
