We have an exciting opportunity for a Reverse Mortgage Consultant to join our Reverse Mortgages team based in Melbourne, Australia.

You're a pro with:

  • Banking Experience in a Contact Centre Environment

  • Customer service that's equal parts warm and efficient

  • Strong Communication over the phone is advantageous

  • Handling shifting priorities and delivering consistently strong results

  • Building a strong relationship with key stakeholders

  • Handling sensitive information with integrity and care

  • Navigating regulatory obligations with confidence
