We are on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Consultant who is a recognized expert in their field across the broader industry. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering Modern Data Platforms that power Advanced Analytics and AI outcomes. You will lead the end-to-end journey—architecting, designing, developing, testing and delivering innovative, scalable data solutions—while working on complex, high-impact initiatives for leading organizations.
This role offers the opportunity to influence technology direction, apply deep technical expertise in a fast-evolving space, and work at the forefront of modern data, analytics and AI, making a tangible difference for customers and the business alike.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery, design Lakehouse/Datalake and development of modern data platform architecture and AI solutions
- Complete responsibility for technical input, designing and developing smaller solutions and undertaking complex or more significant development activities within a larger project.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior AI & Data team members
- Assist with building up the Fujitsu AI & Data practice, capabilities and offerings
- Assist with pre-sales scoping, shaping of opportunities as well as developing proposals and presenting to clients.
- Alert to opportunities for follow-on business and communicates identified new business opportunities for Fujitsu.
Study and remain up to date with relevant technological change and obtain certifications in skills used within the Fujitsu AI & Data team as agreed with your mentor.
Requirements:

Outstanding technical skills ensuring you deliver value out of the underlying technology
Data Modelling expertise
Ability to manage and lead internal and/or external teams
Manage iterations, scope, priorities, stakeholders, risks, issues and timelines
Forming trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and customers
