We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.

Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Cricket Australia, World Rugby, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Consultant Role Profile: 

We're looking for a candidate with strong strategy & consulting experience, ideally within sport. If not directly sport then experience working with a TMT (Technology, Media & Telco) practice in reputable consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behavior, and commercial opportunities for our clients
  • Lead and manage project teams in order to deliver client projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create strategic recommendations and actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop client presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the changing digital landscape
  • Highly numerate and able to articulate ideas and marketing strategy off the back of data insight
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Great self-starting attitude, keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding fan behavior and trends
  • More than 5 years' experience in strategy, consultancy or agency environments
