About the Role:

We're helping a client hire a Team Lead to drive a greenfield fullstack application. This is a hands-on role where you'll architect and lead the solution, not just implement someone else's design. You'll work closely with the team to design scalable, multi-tenant systems and ensure robust backend performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the architecture and deployment of multiple projects with longevity, multi-tenancy, and automated scaling.
  • Drive the design and implementation of backend systems, including domain modelling, API design, scalability, and database operations.
  • Provide guidance on security, Infrastructure-as-Code, and optionally Auth0/Fusion.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong backend expertise in C#, .NET, AWS, Docker. AWS experience is required.
  • Experience with some frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Proven experience leading teams, designing technical solutions, and breaking down work with minimal guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, scalability, and multi-tenant systems.
