Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base + super + performance bonus (OTE $110k–$140k).

Pathway: Clear progression to Authorised Representative/Financial Adviser as competencies are met.

Essential: Hands-on Xplan experience.

• Work across holistic advice (super/SMSF, investments, cashflow, retirement) with a strong personal risk insurance capability

About the role

You'll be the engine room for advice delivery—owning reviews, modelling and implementation—while building trusted client relationships. Expect variety: one moment you're scoping a protection strategy and coordinating underwriting; the next you're running retirement projections, prepping investment rebalances, or aligning tax-aware strategies with our accountants.

What you'll do

• Run client review cycles end-to-end: prep, modelling, SoA/RoA, meeting support, and implementation
• Deliver holistic strategies under supervision: cashflow/debt, contributions (super/SMSF), investments (ETFs/managed accounts), retirement projections, estate-planning referrals
• Drive risk insurance advice: needs analysis, product research, quotes/comparisons, underwriting coordination, and proactive claims support
• Coordinate with Accounting on tax, structures and contributions timing; with WT Capital on investment/property workflows
• Maintain pristine file hygiene (BID, DDO, compliance notes) and manage workflow in Xplan (or similar)
• Spot process improvements and help standardise templates, MI and playbooks in a scaling environment

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field meeting new financial adviser education standards; Financial Adviser Exam completed (or booked)
• Must have: Minimum 12 months hands-on Xplan experience across review packs, modelling/wizards, tasks & file notes; templates/MI a plus
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in paraplanning/associate adviser or adjacent roles (insurer/underwriting/BDM)
• Client-centric communicator who thrives in a high-tempo, multi-stakeholder environment
• Meticulous writer with strong attention to detail and compliance discipline

Nice to have

• Exposure to SMSF admin/strategy, business succession insurance, or basic tax concepts
