$85,000 - $100,000k plus super plus monthly commissions (Approx $2k per month) CBD

The Company:

My client is a multi-award-winning Financial Services Advisory firm who currently work with high-net-worth individuals, SME's and corporates in the residential and commercial lending space. This hugely successful business has a customer first approach and highly talented team. The CEO and Founder is looking for a like-minded experienced Credit Analyst to join their team.

The Role:

Working for this leading organisation you will be an integral part of the Credit Assessment team. Reporting to the Credit Team Leader and will be responsible for the assessment of Residential Home Loans from multi lenders. Furthermore, you will be:

  • Reviewing bank statements and credit reports
  • Undertaking all aspects of the credit analysis process, including borrowing capacity calculations, ordering property valuations, packaging and submitting loan applications to banks, liaising with banks and other stakeholders in the loan approval process
  • Manage daily workflow by ensuring all expected turnaround times are adhered to
  • Completing compliance checks in line with requirements
  • Liaising with our brokers and lenders for requests after loan submission
  • File management and follow-ups
  • Making sound and high quality recommendations on complex and/or high value deals
  • Operating within and providing input into our industry leading process and technology, maintaining our position as the industry's most productive brokerage

Requirements:

Must have previous experience assessing files

·
Be able to assess complex residential files

·
Have had minimum 1 year experience in mortgage credit assessment

·
High level of both verbal and written communication
