What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional, personalised service to Members.
  • Identifying individual needs and matching products and services to suit.
  • Handling cash transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive branch culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous sales or cash handling experience.
  • Confidence to adapt, learn quickly, and work as part of a team.
  • Finance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
