Synergie is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for located in Cairns.

The important parts:

  • With a growing presence throughout Australia, our Cairns operation is now seeking an additional member to our successful, growing team.
  • This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about getting in to the employment services industry, helping skilled and professional people throughout Cairns achieve their career goals with their future employer.
  • The team locally and nationally have a wealth of experience from within the industry to share and develop someone, giving them the best blueprint for success. The office environment is suited to someone with a great energy, positive attitude and who takes pride in following through with what they say they will deliver.
  • Prior industry experience is not necessary, as long as you are ready to learn and invest yourself into a new challenge.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Prior experience in a customer facing role;
  • Service orientated individual who takes personal pride in the quality of their;
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills;
  • Energetic and a open communicator;
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach in a "rollercoaster" environment; and
  • Prepared to learn, adapt and grow with our business.
